 In UV1-3 each player gets a civilian to bring to emergency beacon when needed. You may use the civilian to get an extra group of units (not yet selected in the starting area)

+Player 1 has a one-time use civilian to bring to a beacon to skip current level, which removes all enemies on current stage. May still require you to bring a unit to exit where applicable. Also using skip level will prevent you from getting reward code when completing the game. Using free skip cheat will allow you to have multiple civilians to skip level with.
